Title: Sales Account Manager
Role Description
Our client a guest house situated in Karen,Nairobi is looking for a Sales Account Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Soliciting sales from Tour Companies and Corporates, acting as a liaison between the guest house and clients through direct sales calls.
- Preparation of weekly/monthly sales reports on all accounts visited.
- Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business.
- Achieving sales targets
- Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives
- Attending client meetings
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
- Completing administrative work, as required.
- Able to develop sales forecasts and implement the advertising, promotional and pricing plans to meet objectives.
- An expert in computerized emarketing and have a track record in local, regional and international sales.
- Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require.
Qualifications
- A diploma in a relevant field especially in business management.
Experience:
- Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
Skills
- Be self motivated, have attention to detail, able to set and accomplish goals with a strong sense of responsibility.
- A self starter with the ability to combine sales, marketing duties and public relations.
