Title: Sales Account Manager

 

Role Description

Our client a guest house situated in Karen,Nairobi is looking for a Sales Account Manager. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Soliciting sales from Tour Companies and Corporates, acting as a liaison between the guest house and clients through direct sales calls.
  • Preparation of weekly/monthly sales reports on all accounts visited.
  • Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business.
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives
  • Attending client meetings
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
  • Completing administrative work, as required.
  • Able to develop sales forecasts and implement the advertising, promotional and pricing plans to meet objectives.
  • An expert in computerized emarketing and have a track record in local, regional and international sales.
  • Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require.

Qualifications

  • A diploma in a relevant field especially in business management.

Experience:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage

Skills

  • Be self motivated, have attention to detail, able to set and accomplish goals with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • A self starter with the ability to combine sales, marketing duties and public relations.
